After more than a year, I'd be putting here something quite important to myself. It should sound more like a summation of what i learned/earned in past year.

To start with, like all great writers i have three things to say ;)

1. Don't hate anyone. Don't try to ridiculate things, somebody made a choice you never liked should not tip you off.
2. Learn like wise men; observe, listen and verify. Draw no assumptions, try not to keep prejudice.
3. Be good. Hardest things you can ever do to yourself, don't try to be mean. Be generous, give respect.

About Friends

Merrily i turned 24 last year in careful custody of acceptably good friends. There are lot of people you want to be with you in your happy moments, but would rarely get plenty of them. Friends are like some unnamed family growing with you they keep on changing, they will have different names will come in unexpected, undesirable ways. People change a lot with time like the brewed beer or the aged wine - Everybody praise them but fewer will relish their taste.

Slowly time will pass and a lifelong ceremony of parting more and meeting less had begun unwinding. It's not a very happy moment to be in but memories of past definitely make my smile ever last.

What they have made me becomes a question i can never answer, but their addiction can make self contentment impossible.

Time pass by and gradually life change colours from yellow to pink to blue to green ... so on until every color contrast itself.

Nutritious Food at G4

I would like to share another wonderful lunch experience at G4.

My lunch was interrupted due to a bug, not in code but in food(Pritam’s Lunch). Similar incidents have happened in the past and for sure will happen in future. People should always bring their lunch from home, because Cafeteria food may be harmful to our body (due to very high nutritional value).

Food being served in G4 facility is beyond comparison to any other facility in HCL (Please don’t compare with other companies).

They should make same food available in Sector-126 facility (Next HCL HO-NOIDA) also, Perhaps At this point Mr. Nayar will be able to fully appreciate the efforts being made by admin department in providing us an edible lunch.

Dear friends let’s not complaint about the food anymore, there may be some theories for serving this kind of food regularly. Let’s explore the possibilities,

· The bug in food may have been added be part of Nutritional supplement (Insects are rich in protein content).

· Collection from lunch may be contributing towards the annual turnover of our BU.

· There may be some personal affinity towards this kind of food or the vendor (or both).

· The food ingredients may have been declared as mandatory, as part of HR policies

Efforts being taken by ADMIN people in providing us with such a Nutritious (edible) food again and again, consistently should be highly appreciated.

Minimum possible Value of Material for a TELEVISION

There was an absolute brawl between my friends when we tried to discuss the minimum possible Value Of Material(here after VOM) for a television set. Before getting involved in this brawl there are few points which should be very clear.

VOM a.k.a. Value Of Material is the total cot of material only. This cost does not include any overheads like labor cost, cost to assemble the product, electricity charges or transportation or any other tax or service charge. VOM is sum of cost of all the materials used in manufacturing/assembling the product. VOM is calculated in 2 ways

1. If the firm has not manufactured it the cost of material is the price at which company has bought a component.
   
2. If the company has manufactured a component on it' own the VOM will be the cost of all the raw material used to manufacture the component.

summation of cost of these two components should give you the VOM. Exclude the labor cost and assembling cost and all other costs.

Now the point here is that "What could be the minimum possible VOM for a Television ?"
With numerous if's and but's we finally divided ourselves in two groups (sayGroupA & GroupB).
GroupA insist that VM for a television set could be as low as INR 100.
But GroupB says it will somewhere round Rs. 300~500.
For most of the sane population these fact may seem bewildering, but "Thats a Fact JACK !". Usually VOM is very very very low as compared to the market price.

But now it's your turn to make the move Please do reply quoting fact fully what could be the minimum VOM possible.

One fine morning !!
Sushant's scooter got locked ..
I borrowed piyush's bike ; only to discover we were already late that day !! FINED 100 bucks each..

Same fine evening !!
We were searching for someone to fix the scooter & we met this accident.
Leaving me with a black eye !! Looks more like sandle stamp of a girl rather than an accidental bruise !!
And the same night we discovered we are left with neither scooter nor bike to commute !!

Fine morning 2 days later !!!

Everything seemed alright & suddenly electricity deceived us ....
We wonder how we were able to sleep that night ...

The fine day thats today !!!
Scooter might be working fine from tomorrow !!
The bike is ok after a good investment !!!
Electricity wiring is redone !!
& this all happened only to discover

My laptop is NOT WORKING !!!!
